你当前的入站策略仅检查变量cacheduser是否存在，但没有执行任何读取Redis的实际操作，变量自然不会被赋值，导致无法获取缓存数据。

正确实现步骤 #

1. 配置APIM与Redis的连接

先在Azure APIM实例中完成外部缓存的配置：

• 进入APIM门户 → 左侧菜单「外部缓存」→ 添加缓存
• 填写缓存名称、完整的Redis连接字符串（需包含密码、端口等信息）
• 确保网络连通：
  • 若Redis在VNet内，将APIM部署到同一VNet或配置VNet peering
  • 若Redis启用防火墙，把APIM的出站IP地址加入Redis的允许列表

2. 使用cache-lookup-value策略读取Redis数据
