如何在R中绘制ArcGIS导出的XML格式底图？

我有一份从ArcGIS导出的XML格式底图文件，希望用R中的ggplot和geom_sf工具完成绘制。目前我已经通过XML包成功加载了这份文件，但不清楚后续该如何将XML数据转换为可用于绘图的空间对象，也不知道怎么在ggplot中展示这份底图。

我加载XML文件的代码如下：
