连接Proton VPN时Git Push偶发失败问题排查求助

过去几年用Mac搭配VPN做开发，git push一直正常。最近切换到Windows用WSL开发，连Proton VPN时git push经常报错，但偶尔又能成功，想找出这个偶发问题的原因。

可能的原因分析 #

• VPN网络稳定性差异：Proton VPN在WSL环境下的网络转发可能存在偶发丢包或延迟波动，导致Git与远程仓库的TCP连接中途断开。Mac系统的VPN网络栈和WSL的网络转发机制不同，前者对Git这类TCP流量的兼容性更好。
• WSL网络配置冲突：WSL默认复用Windows的网络适配器，当Proton VPN启用时，可能会修改路由表或DNS设置，偶发导致Git请求的路由异常——比如VPN分流规则没正确覆盖WSL流量，部分请求走了非VPN链路，引发连接中断。
• Git超时触发：Git默认HTTP超时时间较短，VPN网络波动时数据传输速度下降，哪怕推送数据量很小，偶发的抖动也可能触发超时断开。
• VPN规则拦截：Proton VPN的防火墙或安全规则可能偶发拦截Git的sideband数据包（Git用于传输进度和错误信息的通道），直接导致unexpected disconnect while reading sideband packet错误。

验证与临时解决方向 #

• 测试VPN网络稳定性：用ping github.com或curl -v https://github.com持续测试，观察是否有丢包或延迟波动。
• 调整Git参数：执行git config --global http.postBuffer 524288000和git config --global http.lowSpeedLimit 0，增大Post缓冲区并关闭低速限制，降低网络波动引发的断开概率。
• 切换WSL网络模式：Windows 11 22H2及以上版本可尝试把WSL网络模式设为mirrored，让WSL直接复用Windows网络配置，改善VPN兼容性。
• 换Git协议：把HTTPS换成SSH协议，SSH对网络波动容忍度更高，且VPN对SSH流量的拦截概率更低。
