Wear OS 3.5三星Watch4更新后应用通知无法显示求助

• 设备：三星Watch4
• 系统：Wear OS 3.5（最近完成系统更新）

问题现象 #

此前正常运行的代码，在系统更新后出现以下通知相关问题：

• 启动带通知的Foreground Service时，服务能正常运行，但通知完全不可见；
• 通过BroadcastReceiver实现的每15分钟定时普通通知也无法显示；
• 上述情况均无任何报错信息。

测试验证 #

为排查问题，制作了仅含按钮的测试应用，按以下步骤触发通知：

1. 启动时创建通知渠道；
2. 点击按钮后弹出Toast提示；
3. 创建并发送普通通知。

测试代码如下：

已排查内容 #

• 确认通知渠道ID（CHANNEL_ID）在创建和发送时完全一致；
• 通知ID设置为大于0的数值，也尝试更换过其他ID；
• 系统更新明确对通知功能做了改动，且无法回退到旧版本。
