方法1：补充安装Eclipse Java EE组件 #

1. 打开Eclipse，依次点击Help > Install New Software
2. 在「Work with」下拉框中选择当前Eclipse版本的官方更新站点（2022-09版本对应站点为https://download.eclipse.org/releases/2022-09）
3. 在搜索框输入Servlet，勾选「Eclipse Java EE Developer Tools」下的Servlet相关组件，直接勾选整个「Eclipse Java EE Developer Tools」组件也可
4. 按照向导完成安装，重启Eclipse后再次尝试安装GWT插件

方法2：手动导入javax.servlet OSGi包 #

1. 下载带有OSGi元数据的javax.servlet-api jar包（推荐3.1.0版本）
2. 打开Eclipse，依次点击File > Import > Plug-in Development > Plug-ins and Fragments
3. 选择下载好的jar包，导入为插件项目
4. 右键导入的项目，选择Export > Plug-in Development > Deployable plug-ins and fragments，设置输出目录并勾选「Generate metadata repository」，导出为本地更新站点
