解决ReportLab导入colors时出现NameError: name 'Image' is not defined的问题

问题情况

作为Python新手（此前使用R语言），运行同事可正常运行的代码时，执行from reportlab.lib import colors语句出现以下错误：

已安装Pillow和ReportLab库，提前添加from PIL import Image语句后错误仍存在，PyCharm中导入代码显示为灰色（提示已加载无需导入），新建仅包含这两行的文件也会出现相同问题，其他导入的库包括os.path、sys、datetime和tkinter。

解决方案

重新安装匹配版本的Pillow和ReportLab
先卸载现有库：
```
pip uninstall pillow reportlab -y
```
再重新安装：
```
pip install pillow reportlab
```
若使用虚拟环境，确保操作在对应环境中执行。
对齐ReportLab版本与同事一致
不同版本的ReportLab对Pillow的依赖逻辑可能存在差异，执行pip list查看本地ReportLab版本，安装与同事相同的版本：
```
pip install reportlab==[同事的版本号]
```
手动修复ReportLab的utils.py文件（应急方案）
找到报错的utils.py文件（路径为C:\Program Files\Python310\lib\site-packages\reportlab\lib\utils.py），在第389行（haveImages = Image is not None）之前添加以下代码：
```
try:
    from PIL import Image
except ImportError:
    Image = None
```
保存文件后重新运行代码。
检查PyCharm解释器配置
确认PyCharm使用的Python解释器与安装Pillow、ReportLab的环境一致：打开PyCharm的「File > Settings > Project: [你的项目名] > Python Interpreter」，查看已安装的库列表中是否有Pillow和ReportLab，若没有则切换到正确的解释器。
