Tkinter按钮与图片异常问题求助：按钮显示异常、图片不加载

你的代码存在两个关键问题导致按钮显示异常：

1. 图片对象被覆盖/垃圾回收 #

Tkinter的PhotoImage对象如果没有被持续引用，会被Python的垃圾回收机制销毁。你两次使用Nextimg变量，第二次赋值直接覆盖了第一次的引用，导致第一个按钮关联的图片对象被回收，所以按钮只显示空白本体，无法加载图片。

2. 按钮位置超出父容器范围 #

place方法的x/y坐标是相对于父组件的，而非主窗口：

• Top Frame高度仅384，内部按钮设置y=551，超出父容器范围，部分或完全被遮挡
• Bottom Frame高度384，按钮y=551同样超出范围
• Dashboard Frame宽度384，按钮设置x=1091，直接超出父容器宽度，完全显示在窗口外
