问题根源 #

你的错误核心是phone_list为空列表——不管后续怎么改遍历方式，只要代码里保留self.LOG(phone_list[0].text)这一行，当列表为空时访问索引0必然触发索引越界错误。另外，即便改成for phone in range(len(phone_list))，如果列表为空，len(phone_list)为0，循环不会执行，直接进入else块抛断言错误；若你改遍历后还错误地用phone_list[phone]访问元素，也会触发索引错误。

修复方案 #

1. 先判断列表是否为空，避免直接访问索引：
