React Native 0.71.0-RC.0安卓构建失败求助：依赖包无法找到

之前React Native出现服务中断，导致大量项目构建出问题。官方在GitHub Issue #35210里提供了各主版本的热修复方案，但未提及0.71.0-RC.0版本的修复方法。我当前使用该版本，运行npx react-native run-android时弹出以下错误：
