报错原因是原生<select>元素被设置了aria-hidden="true"和tabindex="-1"，处于隐藏状态，Selenium禁止直接操作不可见元素。这类自定义下拉组件，实际交互的是按钮触发的弹窗选项，而非原生select标签，不能直接点击<option>。

方案1：强制修改select可见性后操作 #
