如何让Maven使用本地.m2仓库Artifact而非访问Nexus

我有一个WAR格式的Artifact，已放入本地.m2仓库路径：C:\Users\user1.m2\repository\com\mycompany\prodcode\myapp\2.3.1423\myapp-2.3.1423-test.war，该Artifact未在Nexus等远程仓库中存在。现在执行Maven构建时，希望仅使用本地的这个WAR包，禁止Maven访问远程仓库，但我修改的POM配置未生效，请问需要如何调整才能实现需求？

要实现仅使用本地仓库、禁止远程访问的需求，需要从Maven全局行为控制和插件配置优化两方面调整：

1. 开启Maven离线模式（核心解决手段） #

Maven默认会优先检查远程仓库的依赖更新，即使本地已存在对应Artifact。开启离线模式可以强制Maven完全仅使用本地仓库资源：

• 临时命令行方式：执行构建时添加离线参数

  mvn clean install -o
  

  -o参数表示启用离线模式，Maven不会发起任何远程仓库请求。
• 全局持久化配置：修改本地settings.xml（路径为C:\Users\user1\.m2\settings.xml），添加离线配置：

  <settings>

    <offline>true</offline>
    <!-- 其他配置 -->
  </settings>
  

  该配置会对所有Maven构建生效，无需每次手动添加命令行参数。

2. 优化dependency-plugin配置（避免远程查找） #

在configuration节点下新增remoteRepositories配置：
