核心问题1：URL构造错误导致图片读取失败 #

你的getSavedImage方法中，用URL(fileURLWithPath: dir.absoluteString)的写法完全错误——dir本身就是合法的file://开头URL，absoluteString会把这个前缀包含进去，再用fileURLWithPath初始化会生成无效路径，直接导致图片读取失败。
