Actix Web的HttpServer默认会创建与CPU核心数一致的工作线程（arbiter），每个线程在处理请求触发panic时，都会独立输出panic日志，导致同一条错误信息重复多次。

解决方案 #

方案1：限制工作线程数量（调试阶段适用）

直接指定HttpServer只启动1个工作线程，这样panic只会被触发并输出一次：
