WordPress中根据用户角色自动更新自定义字段值求助

1. 角色与分值映射配置 #

先定义角色对应的分值数组，方便后续维护和扩展：

2. 通用字段更新函数 #

重新触发批量更新的方法：如果需要再次执行批量更新，只需在functions.php中临时添加一行代码，保存后进入后台即可，执行完成后可删除该行：

delete_option('batch_points_updated');

4. 用户角色变更时实时更新 #

监听用户角色变更钩子，实时同步更新对应字段值：
