Azure DevOps 2020本地服务器REST API更新任务组遇InvalidRequestException

在本地Azure DevOps 2020服务器上通过REST API更新TaskGroup时，收到500 InternalServerError，错误信息：

   需要从获取到的$taskGroup对象中提取id属性，替换到URL中。

2. JSON序列化可能丢失必填字段：PowerShell的ConvertTo-Json可能默认忽略空值或嵌套属性，导致提交的JSON缺少服务器要求的核心参数。转换前可输出$taskGroup结构确认，确保所有原始必填字段都被保留。
