从PrintService子类启动Activity失败，求解决方案

实现了继承自PrintService的打印服务类，系统打印对话框可正常显示该服务，但在onPrintJobQueued方法中启动PdfWiever Activity时，无报错日志，目标Activity始终无法打开。

1. 调整打印任务的操作顺序 #

当前代码先调用printJob.complete()再启动Activity，可能导致PrintService在任务完成后被系统回收，中断Activity启动流程。需将启动Activity的操作移至任务完成之前：

2. 修正Intent启动逻辑 #

• 显式指定Component，避免包名或类名拼写错误导致的匹配失败：

android:requestLegacyExternalStorage="true"

• 针对Android 13及以上，动态申请READ_MEDIA_DOCUMENTS权限（用于访问PDF文件），并确保权限已授予。

4. 规避PrintService生命周期限制 #

PrintService完成任务后可能被系统立即销毁，可通过PendingIntent确保Activity启动操作不受影响：

• 确保应用在最近任务列表中，避免被系统判定为无交互的后台应用
