通过开关按钮修改database.txt文件值的实现方法

原代码存在HTML标签直接嵌套PHP的问题，且缺少表单提交、状态读取逻辑。修改后代码如下：

2. 验证redirection.php逻辑 #

当前redirection.php按顺序判断开关状态，第一个为on的开关会触发对应跳转（exit()会终止脚本，后续判断不会执行）。如果需要调整跳转优先级，修改判断顺序即可，现有逻辑无需改动。

3. 权限注意事项 #

确保database.txt文件拥有PHP进程的读写权限，否则无法修改内容。可通过服务器文件管理器设置权限为644或755（根据服务器配置调整）。
