  Failed to start feature-config: A e2-micro VM instance is currently unavailable in the us-central1-a zone

• 错误提示可尝试更换VM硬件配置或稍后重试
• 此前通过Instance scheduler为该Google Compute Engine实例设置定时启停，当前既无法访问实例，也无法创建机器镜像以部署至其他可用区
