如何在GitHub PR流程中获取Google App Engine项目实例的URL？

这个需求完全可以落地，核心逻辑是借助GitHub Actions把PR代码部署到GAE的临时独立版本，再自动把版本URL评论到PR里，测试团队直接就能访问测试。我做过类似的落地，分享下具体步骤：

一、前置准备 #

• 给GCP创建专门的服务账号，分配App Engine Deployer和App Engine Admin权限（遵循最小权限原则，不要给Owner权限），导出JSON格式的密钥文件。
• 在GitHub仓库的「Settings」→「Secrets and variables」→「Actions」里添加密钥，命名为GCP_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_KEY，粘贴JSON密钥内容。

二、编写GitHub Actions部署工作流 #

注意把<你的GCP项目ID>替换成实际项目ID，用PR号命名版本，方便对应到具体PR。

三、额外优化：自动清理临时版本 #

PR合并或关闭后，对应的GAE版本可以自动删除，避免资源闲置。新增工作流.github/workflows/cleanup-gae-pr-version.yml：

四、关键注意点 #

• 部署命令必须加--no-promote参数，否则临时版本会替换生产环境的默认版本，造成线上影响。
• 如果你的GAE应用包含多个服务，部署时要指定服务配置文件：gcloud app deploy [服务配置文件路径] --version=xxx。
• 可根据PR标签（比如needs-test）触发部署，避免所有PR都自动部署，节省资源。
