Python税费计算器返回错误数值，请求技术排查与修正

当amount=2、netprice=3999时，预期总金额应为7998+400=8398，但实际返回4199，问题出在两处：

1. 最终金额拼接错误 #

调用税费函数后，你在Embed描述里错误使用了单份价格netprice加税费，而非总原价newnet加税费：
