如何通过命令行参数为nuget.config添加<clear />配置？

目前dotnet nuget add source命令没有直接添加<clear />的参数，不过可以通过以下两种方式实现自动化配置：

方案一：先清空所有源再添加新源 #

这种方式适合完全替换现有包源的场景：

1. 执行命令清空所有已配置的包源，该操作会自动在<packageSources>节点中添加<clear />：

   dotnet nuget sources clear
   

2. 再执行你的添加源命令：

   dotnet nuget add source "URL_TO_NEXUS_NUGET" --name "MyNexusNuGet" --username USER --password "PASS"
   

方案二：直接编辑NuGet配置文件 #

如果需要保留部分源或者精准控制<clear />的位置，可以用命令行工具直接修改配置文件：
