App Service Plan上Durable Functions运行性能缓慢问题求助

我正在App Service Plan上测试Durable Functions，因为部分活动需运行20分钟以上，目前不想付费使用Premium计划。

工作流流程 #

• 从第三方服务获取更新ID列表（通常约20-30k条）
• 并行调用活动函数处理每个ID
• 汇总所有结果并由编排器返回

遇到的问题 #

该流程运行极慢：当前生产环境中WebJob串行处理需约20分钟，而Durable Functions并行处理却耗时40分钟。虽了解后台队列存在开销，但性能差距为何如此之大？增加并发活动数是否有用？运行期间App Plan的CPU使用率达100%，我对此存疑。

当前使用的是B2计划，若有使用DF在App Plan上的经验或优化建议，恳请赐教！
