问题原因及修复方案 #

几个关键错误点 #

1. 首付计算彻底错误：int(.25)会把0.25转成整数0，直接导致portion_down_payment变成0，程序一开始就判定已经攒够首付，直接输出0。
2. 没有循环执行攒钱逻辑：用if语句只会判断一次，执行一次存款更新就结束，不会重复执行直到攒够首付。
3. 利息计算错误：每月利息应该是当前已有存款产生的收益，也就是current_savings * r，你用当月存的钱算利息是错的。
4. 月数累加错误：n =+ 1是把n赋值为1，正确的累加应该是n += 1。
