KivyMD中未启动相机时点击拍照按钮弹出提示的实现方法

方案一：添加条件判断与对话框提示 #

在capture_image方法中先检查相机是否已启动，若未启动则弹出提示对话框告知用户先启动相机。这里使用KivyMD的MDDialog实现弹窗：
