如何用Python在不同窗口打开同一Excel文件并移动窗口？

我是Python新手，目前尝试用Python打开同一Excel 2013文件的多个窗口并移动这些窗口，但找不到相关方法。手动操作时，只需在「视图」选项卡点击「新建窗口」即可，但使用subprocess尝试打开时，窗口会接连打开又关闭。请问有什么解决建议吗？

• subprocess方式失效的原因：Excel是单实例应用，重复用subprocess打开同一文件时，后续进程只会激活已存在的Excel窗口，随后自行退出，所以会出现窗口闪一下就关闭的情况。另外GetForegroundWindow()依赖当前激活窗口，结合time.sleep的延时逻辑非常不稳定，容易获取到错误的窗口句柄。
