DCMTK中设置与读取源AE标题标签失败问题排查

问题背景 #

导出DICOM文件时，通过以下代码写入两个元信息标签：

putAndInsertString(metaInfo, DCM_ImplementationVersionName, pDD->Imp_Version_Name);    
putAndInsertString(metaInfo, DCM_SourceApplicationEntityTitle, pDD->Source_AE_Title); 

接收端读取代码如下：

其中DCM_ImplementationVersionName读取正常，但DCM_SourceApplicationEntityTitle读取失败，错误提示：theStatus = error, theCode = 2, theText = Tag not found。替换为DCM_SendingApplicationEntityTitle后问题依旧，且已确认DCMTK文档表明findAndGetOFString支持AE类型VR。

可能的原因及解决方向 #

• 标签写入位置错误
  DCM_SourceApplicationEntityTitle（0x0002,0x0010）和DCM_SendingApplicationEntityTitle（0x0002,0x0012）都属于DICOM元信息组（0x0002），需确认写入时确实将标签放入了metaInfo对象（元信息容器）而非数据集（Dataset）。可以用DICOM查看工具打开生成的文件，检查0x0002组下是否存在目标标签。

• 写入值不符合AE类型规范
  AE类型字符串要求为大写字母、数字、下划线、连字符，长度不超过16字节。如果pDD->Source_AE_Title包含小写字母、特殊字符或长度超标，putAndInsertString可能静默失败。建议写入时检查返回状态：

• 读取时的对象范围错误
  接收端需确保metaInfo指向的是DICOM文件的元信息部分，而非数据集。可通过代码验证对象的标签范围：
