在Bot Framework Composer中实现MD5编码的方案

Bot Framework Composer没有内置hash_md5()方法，直接调用会触发错误，以下是两种可行的实现方案：

方式一：Node.js运行时使用JavaScript实现

方法1：自定义本地函数

在项目的scripts目录下新建customMd5.js文件，写入代码：

在Composer中添加HTTP请求动作，调用该本地函数，传入需要编码的字符串，获取返回的MD5值。

在需要生成MD5的位置，使用如下表达式：

Node.js环境默认自带crypto模块，无需额外安装依赖。

方式二：C#运行时使用自定义工具类

在Bot项目的C#代码中添加静态工具类：
