Azure DevOps HelmInstaller@0 突然报错：找不到helm可执行文件

问题详情

之前稳定运行一年的HelmInstaller@0任务突然失败，报错信息：

##[error]Error: Unable to locate executable file: 'helm'. Please verify either the file path exists or the file can be found within a directory specified by the PATH environment variable. Also check the file mode to verify the file is executable.

使用的YAML配置：

- task: HelmInstaller@0
  inputs:
    helmVersion: ${{ parameters.helmVersion }}
    installKubectl: true
    checkLatestHelmVersion: false

任务日志显示已成功下载并解压helm-v3.10.2-linux-amd64.zip，缓存工具后也将路径/__t/helm/3.10.2/x64/linux-amd64添加到PATH，但验证安装时仍触发报错。

可能的解决方法

检查并修复helm文件执行权限：日志仅记录解压操作，未确认文件权限。可在HelmInstaller任务后添加脚本任务，手动赋予执行权限：
```
chmod +x /__t/helm/3.10.2/x64/linux-amd64/helm
```
也可先执行ls -l /__t/helm/3.10.2/x64/linux-amd64/查看文件权限状态。
用绝对路径验证helm可用性：绕过PATH依赖，直接用绝对路径执行helm命令，确认文件是否正常：
```
/__t/helm/3.10.2/x64/linux-amd64/helm version
```
升级到HelmInstaller@1任务：HelmInstaller@0为旧版本，可能存在环境兼容性问题。切换到新版本任务，调整配置如下：
```
- task: HelmInstaller@1
  inputs:
    helmVersion: ${{ parameters.helmVersion }}
    installKubectl: true
    checkLatestHelmVersion: false
```
排查压缩包完整性问题：临时开启checkLatestHelmVersion: true，让任务重新拉取最新版本的helm压缩包，排除本地缓存的损坏包影响。
检查宿主代理环境变化：若使用微软托管代理，可能是代理镜像更新导致PATH环境变量异常。尝试切换代理的操作系统版本（如从Ubuntu 20.04切换到22.04），或改用自托管代理测试是否复现问题。
