Prefect任务镜像无法从Azure私有仓库拉取，但流程镜像可正常拉取

• 环境配置：Prefect 1.4.0，部署在非Azure私有Kubernetes集群；Prefect栈通过Helm部署，Agent通过YAML部署；流程、任务镜像均存储于Azure私有容器注册表（ACR）。
