问题根源
你的代码里第一个then方法存在两个关键问题:
fs.access是异步回调式API,它不会阻塞Promise链的执行——当fs.access的回调还在处理目录判断或git clone时,第一个then已经执行完毕,Promise直接跳转到下一个then调用nextFunc。- 第一个
then没有返回任何Promise,Promise链无法感知内部异步操作的完成状态,自然不会等待git clone结束。
解决方案
核心思路是:把异步回调逻辑包装成Promise,让Promise链能感知到git clone的完成状态,确保只有在clone(或目录存在判断)完成后,才执行nextFunc。
改造方案1:Promise包装回调
修改第一个then的逻辑,返回一个新的Promise,在git clone执行完成后手动resolve:

关键注意点
- ShellJS的
shell.exec默认是同步执行的,只要它在Promise的resolve之前执行,就能保证clone完成后才推进Promise链;如果需要异步执行exec,则需要监听exit事件再resolve(比如shell.exec(cmd, {async:true}, (code, stdout, stderr) => { resolve(); }))。 - 所有异步操作必须被Promise包裹,或者用await等待,才能让Promise链按顺序执行。
