配置哪些文件可阻止打开bash/Neovim时自动切换输入法？

• 本人为韩语使用者，使用KR/EN双键盘布局
• 在bash shell及Neovim中无法输入韩语，但韩文输出正常（如可读取韩文文件名）
• 每次打开终端时，输入法/语言图标会自动切换，切换至浏览器等其他程序时恢复正常
• 已尝试配置Neovim的.vimrc、i3配置文件、.bashrc、inputrc以及/etc/environment中的locale，问题仍未解决
