如何仅在Excel文件首行查找指定值？当前代码遍历整个工作表

原来的代码用Cells().Find会遍历整个Sheet1，要只在首行查找，只需把查找范围限定为第一行，同时建议增加错误处理避免找不到值时崩溃。

修改后的代码：

Set targetCell = oBook.Sheets("Sheet1").Rows(1).Find(What:=CStr(size), LookIn:=xlValues, LookAt:=xlWhole)

If Not targetCell Is Nothing Then
    column = targetCell.Column

End If

关键说明：

• 用Rows(1)替代Cells()，把查找范围锁定在第一行，不会再遍历整个工作表
• 加上LookIn:=xlValues和LookAt:=xlWhole是为了让查找更精准：xlValues只匹配单元格内容，xlWhole匹配完整单元格值（避免比如找"12"时匹配到"123"）
• 必须加If Not targetCell Is Nothing的判断，不然当size不存在时会触发运行时错误
