如何在Lumen Laravel API中实现图片的POST上传与GET获取？

问题背景 #

基于Lumen开发医院信息API，已实现create和index基础方法，数据库post表包含image字段存储图片路径，但上传图片后访问图片地址出现404错误，部署地址为http://lovemonster.my.id/hospital。

1. 原create方法未处理文件上传逻辑，直接存入请求参数，实际图片并未上传到服务器
2. 存储的图片路径未生成可直接访问的完整URL，且Lumen默认未配置公共存储目录的访问路由

解决方案步骤 #

1. 修改控制器方法，处理图片上传 #

更新HospitalController，添加图片上传逻辑，生成可访问的完整URL：

2. 配置公共存储目录访问 #

Lumen默认未自动创建存储目录到公共目录的软链接，需手动处理：

执行后，storage/app/public下的文件可通过http://your-domain/storage/xxx直接访问。

方法二：添加路由访问（无法创建软链接时使用）
