GitHub上R包R-CMD-check报错：configure文件存在但无执行权限

我正在开发一个包含编译代码的R包，安装时需要运行configure文件。本地Ubuntu机器上执行R CMD CHECK完全正常，但在GitHub Actions的全平台检查中全部失败，Ubuntu环境下的报错信息如下：

其他操作系统也出现同类错误。之前尝试过直接给configure文件赋予执行权限，也编辑过Workflow的yaml文件设置TMPDIR，但都没有效果。

最终通过以下命令修改脚本的执行权限并更新Git索引，解决了Ubuntu平台的检查问题：

chmod +x configure cleanup 
git update-index --chmod=+x configure cleanup
