iOS正常Android无法覆盖文件：react-native-fs等库均失效

问题背景 #

在iOS端可正常用新图片覆盖原有文件，但Android端仅能首次创建文件，后续覆盖失败。测试了react-native-fs、expo-file-system、rn-fetch-blob三个库，在Android 10真机和Android 12模拟器上结果一致。

核心原因 #

Android 10+的分区存储机制限制，或部分文件操作库默认未开启覆盖模式，导致文件存在时无法直接写入。

解决方法 #

• 写入前删除原有文件（通用兜底方案）：先检查文件是否存在，存在则删除后再执行写入
• 启用库的覆盖写入参数（部分库支持）：显式开启覆盖选项，直接覆盖已有文件

• Android 10+若使用外部存储，需在AndroidManifest.xml中添加android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE以兼容旧版本，同时适配分区存储规则
