问题出在DataGrid的内部子元素（如行、单元格）默认允许获取Tab焦点，仅设置DataGrid本身的属性无法彻底禁用，需要同时处理其子元素：

• XAML声明式处理：
  在DataGrid的样式中，同时禁用行和单元格的Tab可聚焦性：
