Spring Cloud 2021.0.2（Jubilee版本）必须搭配Spring Boot 2.6.x系列使用，父POM中缺失Spring Boot的依赖管理会导致依赖解析失败。在父POM的<dependencyManagement>中添加Spring Boot依赖：
