• 核对PayPal沙箱凭证
  登录PayPal开发者平台，确认PAYPAL_SANDBOX_CLIENT_ID和PAYPAL_SANDBOX_CLIENT_SECRET是沙箱环境下的有效密钥，别搞混生产和沙箱的凭证。直接复制平台上的完整内容，避免手动输入时的拼写、空格或换行错误。

• 确保.env配置生效
  检查项目根目录.env文件，确认两个密钥配置正确，没有多余引号或空格。修改.env后必须清缓存：

  php artisan config:clear
  php artisan config:cache
  

  可以临时在代码中打印env('PAYPAL_SANDBOX_CLIENT_ID')和env('PAYPAL_SANDBOX_CLIENT_SECRET')，验证是否正确读取到值。
