解决方法 #

• 导入代理根证书到信任存储：如果构建代理处于企业代理环境，将代理的根证书导入到代理机器的系统信任证书库，或者导入到构建代理使用的Node.js证书存储中。
• 设置NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS环境变量：在DownloadSecureFile@1任务前添加前置任务配置环境变量，指定额外CA证书路径：
  Windows环境（PowerShell任务）：

  $env:NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS = "C:\证书路径\root-ca.crt"
