Flutter Bloc添加Hashtag至列表失败：不可变列表操作报错

错误原因 #

报错Unsupported operation: Cannot add to an unmodifiable list的核心原因有两个：

1. DealsState中hashtags的默认值是const不可变列表，直接调用add方法会触发不可修改错误。
2. Bloc中直接引用原State的列表进行修改，违反了Bloc State的不可变性原则——State对象一旦创建就不能被修改，必须生成新的State实例。
