已安装NuGet包仍提示Npgsql命名空间不存在的问题求助

我使用.NET 6.0开发后端，尝试连接PostgreSQL服务器。已执行命令dotnet add package Npgsql和dotnet restore，但导入并使用相关包时仍出现以下错误：

The type or namespace name 'Npgsql' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

错误出现在以下代码行：

using Npgsql;

以及：

await using var conn = new NpgsqlConnection(connString);

按照安装说明，只需通过NuGet安装该包即可，但问题依然存在，请问哪里操作出错了？

已尝试的操作：

• 执行dotnet add package Npgsql和dotnet restore命令
• 运行dotnet list package时，该包已被列出
• .csproj文件中存在以下配置：
