Windows端Outlook 365图标/图片被截断问题排查

我遇到了Windows端Outlook 365里的图标显示问题：图标/图片出现截断，且每张图片顶部都有3px的空白区域。我试过移除父元素的line-height、height/width属性，但元素间的空白依然存在。
