通过代码注册了UICollectionView头部视图，实现了referenceSizeForHeaderInSection设置尺寸，但头部视图始终无法显示。该控制器嵌入在TabBarController中，且TabBarController已设为根控制器。

• 修正头部视图注册类
  当前注册的是UICollectionViewCell作为头部视图，虽能运行但不符合规范，可能引发类型适配问题。建议改为注册UICollectionReusableView：

• 确认CollectionView的Section数量
