PowerShell无法将$dir变量传递给后台作业脚本问题排查

后台作业运行在独立的PowerShell会话中，无法直接访问当前会话的$dir变量。你虽然用了-Arg $dir传递参数，但ScriptBlock里直接写$dir并不会关联到传递的参数，导致Script2和Script3收到的$dir为空字符串，进而触发Test-Path的参数错误。

修改Script1中的Start-Job命令，在ScriptBlock里用$args[0]获取传递的目录参数：
