Android通知仅在特定版本生效问题排查求助

核心问题点 #

1. @RequiresApi注解导致低版本设备失效
   你在onReceive方法上添加了@RequiresApi(Build.VERSION_CODES.O)，这会让Android 7（API24）这类低于Android 8的设备调用该方法时直接抛出异常，完全无法执行通知逻辑，这就是旧设备通知失效的原因。

2. Android 12+的PendingIntent Flag缺失
   Android 12（API31）开始要求创建PendingIntent时必须指定FLAG_IMMUTABLE或FLAG_MUTABLE，仅使用FLAG_UPDATE_CURRENT会导致PendingIntent创建失败，进而通知无法触发。

3. 通知频道创建逻辑未做版本兼容
   直接在onReceive里无条件创建频道（还被注解限制），会导致低版本设备无法执行后续代码，虽然createNotificationChannel在低版本会被忽略，但注解已经阻断了代码执行。

• 频道ID稳定性：建议使用类似com.yourpackage.quote_channel的固定字符串作为频道ID，避免空格或特殊字符，确保跨版本兼容性。
• Android 13+权限：API33及以上需要申请POST_NOTIFICATIONS权限，记得在Manifest中添加权限声明，并在运行时请求用户授权。
• 后台触发限制：如果广播是通过AlarmManager触发的，Android 6及以上需要使用setExactAndAllowWhileIdle或setAlarmClock方法，保证在Doze模式下能正常唤醒广播。
