yarn安装依赖失败：gifsicle命令执行出错求助

安装项目依赖时遭遇gifsicle安装失败，错误信息如下：

node_modules\gifsicle: Command failed.

'autoreconf' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

已尝试Yarn install、清除缓存、yarn force install、删除node_modules等方法，均无效，目标是通过yarn成功安装项目依赖包。

1. 配置国内镜像解决网络超时问题 #

gifsicle预构建包下载超时源于默认源在海外，切换到国内镜像即可：

• 配置yarn全局源：

  yarn config set registry https://registry.npmmirror.com
  

• 单独配置gifsicle二进制包镜像：

  yarn config set gifsicle_binary_host_mirror https://npmmirror.com/mirrors/gifsicle/
  

配置完成后执行yarn install重新安装。

2. 安装编译依赖（解决autoreconf缺失问题） #

若仍需从源码编译gifsicle，需补充安装autoreconf工具：

• 下载安装MSYS2（Windows环境），打开MSYS2终端执行：

  pacman -S autoconf automake libtool
  

• 将MSYS2的usr/bin目录（默认路径为C:\msys64\usr\bin）添加到系统环境变量PATH中，重启终端后再执行yarn install。

3. 跳过预构建编译（快速规避方案） #

设置环境变量跳过预构建测试和源码编译，直接调用预构建包：

• Windows终端执行：

  set SKIP_PREBUILD_INSTALL=true && yarn install
  

• Linux/macOS终端执行：

  export SKIP_PREBUILD_INSTALL=true && yarn install
