XSLT中<xsl:for-each>匹配失败问题求助

核心问题是XPath选择器未正确匹配输入XML的命名空间：

• 输入XML的根元素hrmanifest属于旧命名空间https://github.com/rSmart/ce-tech-docs/tree/master/v2_0，但你的XSLT在xsl:for-each里直接写hrmanifest，没有关联对应的命名空间前缀，导致无法定位元素。
• 你在输出的h:records上重新定义了h前缀为新命名空间，这会和输入用的h前缀混淆，建议用不同前缀区分新旧命名空间。
