WPF调用PowerShell遇System.Management.Automation缺失及CosmosDB IP规则更新

我在基于net6.0-windows的WPF应用中尝试调用PowerShell脚本更新Azure上的IP规则，但即使执行简单的Write-Output 'Hello, World!'脚本也出现如下错误：

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Management.Automation, Version=7.2.8.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=token123456'. The system cannot find the file specified.

请问如何修复该错误？或者是否有无需执行PowerShell脚本（如Update-AzCosmosDBAccount -ResourceGroupName $resourceGroupName -Name $accountName -IpRangeFilter $ipFilter）的方式来更新Azure门户中的CosmosDB IP规则？

一、修复PowerShell程序集加载错误 #

1. 统一PowerShell相关包版本
   当前你引用的Microsoft.PowerShell.SDK（7.3.1）和System.Management.Automation（7.2.8）版本不一致，会导致程序集依赖冲突。将两个包的版本统一为相同版本，比如都使用7.3.1：

2. 验证程序集复制情况
   虽然已设置<CopyLocalLockFileAssemblies>true</CopyLocalLockFileAssemblies>，仍需确认System.Management.Automation.dll是否被复制到项目输出目录。可以右键项目→属性→生成→查看输出路径，手动检查该目录下是否存在目标dll。若缺失，尝试清理项目后重新生成。

3. 指定PowerShell运行时创建方式
   替换默认的PowerShell.Create()，使用指定运行时的方式初始化：

• 若需要追加IP规则而非覆盖，可先通过cosmosDbAccount.Data.IpRules获取当前规则列表，添加新IP后再传入更新参数。
