两种运行环境的差异导致PowerCLI模块未被加载：

• 直接运行pwsh时，用的是交互式Shell，会自动加载当前用户（root）的PowerShell配置文件，其中可能已经配置了自动导入PowerCLI模块。
• systemctl启动服务时，使用的是非交互式、最小化环境，不会加载用户的PowerShell配置文件，且默认不会自动导入第三方模块（比如VMware.PowerCLI）。

解决步骤 #

1. 在脚本中显式导入PowerCLI模块
   在脚本的最开头添加以下命令，确保服务环境能识别PowerCLI的cmdlet：

Import-Module VMware.PowerCLI -ErrorAction Stop

2. 指定模块绝对路径（如果导入失败）
   如果执行上面的命令仍提示找不到模块，先在交互式pwsh中执行(Get-Module VMware.PowerCLI).Path查看模块的绝对路径，然后在脚本中用绝对路径导入：

Import-Module /root/.local/share/powershell/Modules/VMware.PowerCLI/13.1.0.21694744/VMware.PowerCLI.psd1 -ErrorAction Stop

3. 配置服务的环境变量（可选）
   如果模块路径不在默认的PSModulePath中，可以在systemctl服务配置的[Service]段添加环境变量，指定模块路径：
