Spring Boot部署至OpenLiberty遇插件/依赖解析失败求助

核心错误点 #

你犯了两个关键错误：

• liberty-maven-plugin是Maven插件，不能作为项目依赖添加：你第二步把它放到<dependencies>标签里的操作完全错误，插件必须放在<build><plugins>或<pluginManagement><plugins>下，普通依赖标签是给项目编译/运行时用的库，插件是Maven构建工具的扩展，两者完全不同。
• 插件解析失败的本质是Maven无法从配置的仓库中拉取到该插件的元数据或jar包。

分步解决方案 #

1. 清理错误配置
   删除pom.xml中<dependencies>里关于liberty-maven-plugin的所有配置，只保留<build><plugins>下的插件配置。

2. 确保Maven能访问中央仓库
   如果你的Maven settings.xml配置了私有镜像，确认该镜像同步了Maven中央仓库的内容。或者直接在pom.xml中添加中央仓库配置（作为临时测试）：

3. 清理本地Maven缓存并重新拉取
   执行以下命令清理本地仓库中可能损坏的缓存文件：

   mvn clean install -U
   

   -U参数会强制Maven更新所有快照和发布版本的依赖/插件元数据。

4. 确认插件版本有效性
   确保你使用的liberty-maven-plugin版本是Maven中央仓库中存在的稳定版本，比如当前可用的稳定版包括3.9.0、3.8.0等（避免使用太旧或未发布的版本）。
